Reliable Infrastructure

Pica's validator is AWS cloud backed using best practice across reliability and operational excellence. AWS features are utilised for DDoS protection. The primary validator setup is in Seoul with automatic failover between 3 AZs (data centers) and a backup node in Ireland is always running and fully synced. The nodes are monitored 24/7 using Grafana Cloud with alerting and incident response done through PagerDuty. Regular automated backups are done.
